Dishwasher Programme Lengths
Here’s a quick guide to how long different dishwasher programmes take on average:
- Normal or Universal: 120 minutes
- Eco (45-50 °C): 165-190 minutes
- Intensive (45-50 °C): 130-180 minutes
- Light or Delicates (45 °C): 100-140 minutes
- Rapid or Quick: 15-30 minutes
- Soak, Pre-wash or Pre-rinse: 5-12 minutes
- Hygiene (65 °C): 100 minutes
As you can see, a dishwasher can take from 5 minutes to over three hours to finish depending on the cycle you choose.
